Two for the show

During our "Getting ready for the trip" we have had the assistance of Marcia and Dennis who have helped us with all our projects.  From cutting and shaping wood to changing sailing hardware and dropping the holding tank back into the forward bilge Dennis has been a source of help and encouragement.  Marcia and MaryLou have handled several projects as well including the vinyl bimini enclosure.  But the best part of what they do is the great meals.

One for the money

We're ready to travel and will be off as soon as our party of boats assemble.  The weather will be good soon and our plan is Gloucester, Cape Cod Canal, Onset, and Fisher's Island.  In the mean time we've been spending time with friends to stay loose.  We did get some pics so enjoy.

Prep

We've been working all summer in preparation for our winter trip and have a few final projects to finish.  We're ready for the forward holding tank to be installed. 

The next project is getting the Blog site running.

This blog is dedicated to our adventures aboard the sailing vessel Dalmatian.  So far it's just been work, work, work!  But that should change as we soon set the sails- as always "weather permitting"!
